I'm such a slacker. The past month has been a little insane, but I do have several posts in progress! Nothing new in Foster/Adopt Land other a dozen or more potential placements, but none that ended up coming through. I did get the Booger Bear for several days while his parents were at the hospital bringing his new baby sister into the world though! We had an AWESOME time, and I have an entire post dedicated to his stay in the works as well.
My mom, my BFF Katie, and I are planning a HUGE baby shower for my sister on Sunday! She's pregnant with her second set of twins, and this time, we can actually give her a baby shower, so we're doing it up BIG! She lived in a different state (where she didn't know anyone) and was put on bedrest before we were able to have a shower for her when she was pregnant with Buddy and Ka-Diva. I can't give many details yet because we want her to be surprised, but I can tell you that the theme is Dr. Seuss' Thing 1 and Thing 2 (the names that she has now dubbed the incubating munchkins for the time being after hearing what her shower theme was going to be =) I will have tons of pics and details next week!
Until the shower is over and I'm able to sit down and blog away, know that I haven't disappeared! :-)
